Scott Sullivan is a seasoned executive, military veteran, and civic leader with more than three decades of leadership experience spanning defense, technology, and economic development. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Eye, a role he has held since June 2022, and sits on the Board of Directors at JobsOhio, where he contributes to advancing the state’s economic competitiveness. Previously, Sullivan was President & CEO of SelectTech Services Corporation from 2006 to 2022, guiding its growth in the aerospace and defense sectors. Earlier in his career, he held key positions at Cisco Systems and Deloitte, following more than a decade of distinguished service as an officer in the United States Air Force. Sullivan holds a B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University.

Karsten Olson is a dynamic brand strategist and marketing communications leader with extensive experience in brand development, market positioning, and event execution. He has a proven track record of crafting compelling narratives, managing large-scale campaigns, and elevating brand visibility across multiple industries. With expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and public relations, Olson has successfully led efforts to enhance corporate identity and engage key stakeholders. He has also played a pivotal role in helping startups and early-stage companies access millions of dollars in funding and non-dilutive capital through grants and funding opportunities. His strategic approach to brand management ensures organizations effectively communicate their mission, values, and unique market differentiators. Olson has spearheaded major event planning initiatives, helping companies create impactful experiences that drive engagement and industry recognition. With a strong background in branding and communications, he continues to play a crucial role in shaping Falcon Eye market presence and industry influence.

With over two decades of experience in the defense, national security, and technology sectors, Mr. David Tilton has built a strong reputation for business development and strategic innovation. He has worked extensively with the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Commerce, and the Department of State, fostering relationships with key stakeholders across the federal and commercial landscape. His expertise spans advanced materials, clean technology, datacenters, military command-and-control, sensor processing, supercomputing, and advanced thermal management technologies. Mr. Tilton has a proven ability to secure high-value government contracts and guide the commercialization of innovative technologies. His extensive industry knowledge, dedication to national security, and experience in emerging technology sectors make him a valuable asset to Falcon Eye clients.

Brian Faust is a seasoned finance and corporate strategy leader with deep expertise in venture capital, M&A, and startup advisory. He has guided early-stage and growth companies through scaling, securing millions in direct investment and non-dilutive funding. As CFO of JobsOhio, he oversaw $1.7 billion in revenue and launched a $250 million venture fund with more than 60 portfolio companies. Faust has also led financial strategy and corporate development at tech and media firms Krush Media and ooVoo, driving rapid growth and investor engagement. Now Managing Director of Falcon Eye, he provides CFO and strategic consulting to defense technology companies. A U.S. Army veteran and licensed pilot, Faust holds a finance degree from Wright State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
